first off use gotosocial it’s easiest to set up and not shady (like pleroma)
if you have some 4 USD monthly extra you can grab a digitalocean droplet. if not that you can use oraclecloud always free but idk if they require an id.
(sub)domains are free at afraid.org so you can get a web address there
and use caddy for your webserver it is very easy and saves a whole ton of headache
